Work is progressing on a project to reconstruct KY 11 in Fleming County: Maysville Ledger Independent: First phase of Kentucky 11 work in Fleming County on schedule (May 26, 2005) 

The KYTC has released the KY 11 Intermediate Planning Study . The study provides information about the need for reconstruction of KY 11 in Lee and Owsley counties and provides estimated costs for the project.
