From the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Department of Highways District 3 (July 27, 2010):

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Department of Highways District 3 Office advises motorists to be aware of a speed limit reduction on Three Springs Road (KY 884) in Warren County.

The speed limit will be reduced from 55 mph to 45 mph from the Minit Mart to 500 feet past the Long Road/Neal Howell Road intersection. At that point it will change to 55 mph.

Variable message boards will be posted in the area alerting motorists of this change that will go into effect on Friday.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Department of Highways District 3 Office advises motorists to be aware of a permanent lane closure for the right hand lane of southbound Natcher Parkway beginning tomorrow morning at 7 a.m.

A Kentucky Transportation Cabinet planning study recommends that no interchange be built between Elrod Road and Natcher Parkway near the parkway's terminus at I-65. The study was undertaken after a previous study found the construction of an interchange between the parkway and KY 884-Three Springs Road to be infeasible.

The KYTC has posted materials from an October 11 public meeting concerning KY 884 in Warren County 

The Daily News of Bowling Green reports in this Oct. 10, 2001 article  that the KYTC is planning a day long open house to share information about planned improvements to KY 884 between US 231 and that Natcher Parkway in Warren County.
