Oldham Nature Preserve Plans for New Type of Road

A nature preserve in Oldham County is planning on constructing a new type of road. The road will have absorbent shoulders to reduce runoff and be narrow and curvy to reduce speeding. The road will be constructed as an entrance to Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve.
