State Seeks Volunteers to Rate Safety and Quality of Roads

According to this Courier-Journal article [Outside Link], District 10 of the KYTC is looking for 10 volunteers to participate in Road Rally 2002. The idea is based on a similar program in Kansas. If the District 10 Road Rally is successful it may be tried elsewhere in state.
