Northern Kentucky Group Attacks Road Congestion

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports in this Sept. 3, 2001 article [Outside Link] that a group has been created to complain about congestion in Kenton County. The article points out that the transportation infrastructure in Kenton County, namely KY 16 and KY 17, has not kept up with the growth in the area.
