From the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Department of Highways District 3 (Aug. 13, 2010):

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Department of Highways District 3 Office advises motorists that the ferry on KY 269 in Butler County is now open to traffic.
Due to the low-water level of the river, some vehicles are having difficulty entering/exiting the ferry at this time, especially for those vehicles that sit lower to the ground.
