18-Vehicle Crash on I-65 South Bound Near Lebanon Junction Posted: 27-Feb-2002 4:06PM CST Topics: [Bullitt County] [Interstate 65] WAVE 3  from Louisville reports that an 18-vehicle accident has occured three miles south of Lebanon Junction on I-65.
