Heartland Parkway

hmmm, looks like the KYTC would go ahead and connect it to Interstate 64 instead of just the Bluegrass Parkway. It seems like this parkway is designed to connect two parkways, but wait... one of the parkways will become an interstate. So why not connect the two interstates? The Heartland Parkway could be known as an interstate connector instead of a parkway connector. Then it might could be reclassified as a 3-digit interstate... hmmm...

I don't think this is going to be a parkway in the traditional Kentucky sense. I think it is just a normal four-lane (or even two-lane) highway instead of an interstate-like road.
