State to Begin Right-of-Way Purchasing Process for KY 163 Project

The state will soon begin the process of purchasing right-of-way for a project to reconstruct KY 163 near Tompkinsville.

A public meeting to discuss the KY 163 bypass project will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2005 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Tompkinsville Elementary School: Kentucky Transportation Cabinet: Item No. 3-7020.00 [Outside Link]
